Consent to the processing of personal data

By consenting to the processing of personal data, the person concerned authorizes the company/operator: Tomáš Táborský, with its registered office at U Sluncové 712/8b Prague 8, Czech Republic, Company ID No.: 14959631, (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller") to process the following personal data of the data subject within the meaning of Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the Processing of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Data Processing Act"):

  • name and surname
  • by e-mail
  • telephone number

Name, surname, phone number and e-mail must be processed in order to create a user account in the DogSHows APP mobile application. These data will be processed by the Controller for a period of 5 years.

Processing of personal data

By consenting to the processing of personal data, the data subject gives his/her explicit consent to the above-mentioned processing. The consent can be withdrawn at any time, for example by sending an email to the contact details of the management company dogshowsapp@gmail.com.

The processing of personal data is carried out by the Controller. Personal data may also be processed by the following processors:

  • Providers or suppliers of web systems, services and applications currently used by the Company (Apple, Google).

Rights to rectification, forgetfulness and access to the personal data of the data subject

Please note that according to data protection law, the data subject has the right to:

  • withdraw consent at any time,
  • request information from us about which of your personal data we process,
  • request an explanation from us regarding
  • the processing of personal data,
  • request a copy of this data from us and have it updated or corrected,
  • request that we erase such personal data;
  • In case of doubts about compliance with the obligations related to the processing of personal data, contact us or the Office for Personal Data
  • Protection.
